Popular holiday attraction sells out fast, so get your tickets early!

Zoo Lights is almost here! For 28 years, this magical display has been creating wonder for young and old alike, and the Denver Zoo says this year is going to bigger and better than ever! With 70 acres containing more than two million lights, entertainment, treats, and of course, animal encounters, it’s bound to be a sight. In addition, attendees will be treated to the Festival of Lanterns, and according to the zoo, “illuminated animal sculptures that swing through trees, jump across lawns, hide in bushes and appear in places where they’re least expected!”

It truly is one of the don’t-miss light displays of the season. And, the zoo has added some new attractions this year that are not to be missed.

“See our spectacular Santa and Mrs. Claus workshop show for some holiday fun, and experience our BRAND NEW 4D theater when you purchase your movie ticket to the new holiday classic, Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas,” said the zoo in a statement.

And while Zoo Lights is a wondrous experience in and of itself, you can also add several special experiences to make your evening even more magical. A Santa Visit Package, Giraffe Encounter with Feeding Package and a Glow Package, which includes a souvenir hot chocolate mug and 3D glasses, are available.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on November 8 (Denver Zoo members can buy tickets now). This event sells out fast, so don’t wait to get your general admission and package tickets. The display will run November 30 – January 6, 2019.
