All’s Fair in Food and War — Especially for a Good Cause

The 5th Annual Cystic Fibrosis Chef’s Challenge is happening this week at the Children’s Museum of Denver and if there’s one thing a chef doesn’t shy away from, it’s a culinary competition.

2017’s respective dessert and entree champs include Chef Ian Kleinman of the Inventing Room and Chef Heather Carr of Footers Catering. Will 2018 be their year to keep their titles or will it be scooped up by another contender?

At this event, you’ll get a sampling of a dessert or entree from the participating restaurants and get cast your vote to see who comes out on top. In a way, it’s almost like unleashing your inner Gordon Ramsay, but keep it clean and respectful, remember this is for charity!

There’s also complimentary wine, beer, and spirits and silent auction items for you to bid on. So what are you waiting for? Purchase your tickets ASAP!

Top-rated restaurants vying for Best Dish include:

Hapa Sushi
