In honor of the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story, the Alamo Drafthouse in Littleton is hosting a fan exhibit, complete with a life-sized replica of the Millennium Falcon’s cockpit!
This weekend, May 25-27, you’ll have the opportunity to follow in the steps of everyone’s favorite smuggler and climb into the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon! That’s right, a life-sized replica of the famed Correllian freighter that made the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs will be on display at the Alamo Drafthouse in Littleton.
The fan-made cockpit replica — built inside a 40-foot long shipping container — is designed to appear as it does in Solo: A Star Wars Story, which is being released in theaters nationwide on Friday.
It will be available for photo opportunities all weekend long. There are a limited amount of free tickets available each day, so it’ll be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Friday, May 25 — ticket distribution begins at 7:30 a.m., with the event running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, May 26 — ticket distribution begins at 7:30 a.m., with the event running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, May 27 — ticket distribution begins at 7:30 a.m., with the event running from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A single ticket is valid for one group (up to five people) and only for the day of distribution. Each group is also limited to a 30-minute window, according to a release.
So don your best Star Wars cosplay/gear and punch it into lightspeed!
