Don’t miss the third annual Parker Brewfest on August 18!
O’Brien Park in Parker has become a host for a number of awesome events in recent years. Of course, there’s Parker Days in June and Oktoberfest in September, not to mention the craft fairs that dot the calendar. But have you ever been to the Parker Brewfest?
Parker Brewfest is a celebration of all-things Colorado beer and for the past two years, it has been one of the most successful events in town. The third annual Parker Brewfest — put on by the Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club of Parker — will be held in O’Brien Park on August 18. The event is scheduled to go on rain or shine.
That may seem far away, but in just a few days that tickets have been available, the VIP tickets have already sold out! General Admission tickets are selling online for $40. Admission gets you a sample glass and unlimited sample-size pours. In all likelihood, tickets will sell out. If they don’t, tickets will go for $45 at the door.
So if you definitely want to attend this year, make sure you buy your tickets early. Designated drivers get in for free as long as they are accompanied by a ticket holder.
There will be two food trucks on hand — The Golden Toad and Cheffin’s Cheesesteak’s & Cubanos — for hungry attendees and the day’s entertainment will be provided by Bad Candy. The organizers ask that you please leave your pets at home.
Like all Rotary Club events, the proceeds from the Parker Brewfest will go towards funding the club’s local charitable and community projects, including the Parker Task Force, Project Cure, and the Douglas County Support Center.
