The event will be held on May 4 at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield. The goal is to expand music education among children. The Colorado Music Coalition aims to expand both access to instruments and professional instruction for students in elementary, middle and high school. The event is being supported by both AEG Presents Rocky Mountains and the Anschutz Foundation, along with Colorado’s governor.

More concerts with Colorado musicians are in the works for the future. As for Take Note The Concert, headliners Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, and Isaac Slade are set for solo performances. Other performers include, Todd Park Mohr of the Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Tracksuit Wedding and Billy Nershi of the String Cheese Incident.
