Do you know your stuff when it comes to Colorado marijuana laws?
In the four years since recreational marijuana has been legalized, Colorado tourism officials have been hard set on not promoting the plant. Well times are a-changin’ and the office will at least start educational efforts geared toward Colorado marijuana laws.

As much as we love enjoying a little nature with our nature, national parks are federal land. Which means your right to smoke marijuana does not apply. If you’re caught smoking in a national park you can get a major fine and six months to a year in jail.
A new DUI law has been enacted which sets a legal limit for the amount of THC in your system while driving. The legal limit is 5 nanograms per mililiter of blood. So while that is extremely hard to gauge, its best to just practice safe driving and wait until you’re at your destination.
So while its illegal to have open containers of marijuana in your own car, at the discretion of the driver you can smoke in your Uber (or Lift, or limo).
But lets be honest we all know that isn’t whats going on.
